The village is just 40 kilometres northeast of Avignon and a 40 minute drive due east from Châteauneuf-du-Pape. Crillon le Brave is an ideal home base from which to explore the best that Provence has to offer in food, wine, beautiful countryside, village markets, cycling, hiking and many other outdoor activities. Access
There is easy access to Crillon le Brave by air, road, and rail. The high speed TGV train makes the trip from Paris to Avignon in under 3 hours. The Marseille-Provence airport at Marignane - just over an hour away - has frequent service from Paris, the UK and several international destinations. British Airways, Air France, Ryanair, easyJet, and Lufthansa are among the major carriers serving Marseille-Provence. Nice airport is less than three hours away and has many flights from major international destinations.
The major car rental companies serve these airports and the TGV station in Avignon.
By road Crillon le Brave is just 30 minutes from France's major north-south autoroute - the A7 - via exits at Orange ("sud") and Avignon ("nord").
