Rates
L'Amiradou is available for rental only in its entirety on a weekly basis. In 2010 weekly rates for the house (in Euros), including all basic services and applicable taxes are as follows:
- Basic rate : High season (May-Sep) 12,100 €; Low season (Oct-Apr) 10,285 €
- Rates for up to 6 rooms (12 persons) available

Once you have booked your dates you will receive a rental contract which will provide you details on our deposit and cancellation policy. To confirm your reservation we will ask you to complete the rental contract and to include a deposit equal to 30% of the rental amount.
Services
Several important services are included in the basic rental price for L'Amiradou:
- continental breakfast (self-service)
- daily housekeeping (3 hours per day)
- mid-week linen service
- concierge assistance
- pool cleaning and maintenance service
- other maintenance if required (the property manager is located in the village)
Other services can be arranged on request for a supplementary fee:
- daily cleaning of the kitchen
- personal laundry
We will be happy to provide you with a list of available services and fees upon request.
The house is available at 3 p.m. on the day of arrival (Saturday arrivals only). Departure time is 11:00 a.m the following Saturday.
